Palletable Curves - I wanted to push our preconceptions of wood. Multiple cuts come within millimetres of cutting through the wood creating flex. It is able to be laid flat then stood up and slouched over; its own weight keeps it in this curved form. It is a combination of short and full length slates giving reference to the original pallet. All the slates are then bound together by strips of scooter tyre inner tube, creating Palatable Curve from only pallet wood and inner tube.

Slid-amp - A lamp I designed and made during 2nd year at Victoria Uni. This component driven design, utilizing the different parts needed in a fluorescent light. The lamp uses the cable needed to do a two jobs; completing the circuit and coiling around the tube to become a moveable shade. Being able to slide the cable down opens the shade and lets out bright light suitable for full room lighting, yet sliding the cables up closes the shade creating intimate mood lighting.
