You build your fountain in a pattern that will cover the area with water in spurts. Your path has the air jets along the sides, and the lamps along the path also shoot a jet of air in a circular pattern from above the crowd. this air stream makes an invisible wall and ceiling for the pathway to be dry, the air pushes all the water away.

Art Prize idea 4 - Drive to power streets. Cover section of street with thermo conductive material, then cover that with a DARK sturdy cover. The traffic over the mat will cause enough friction to generate electricity to power street lights and other things. This can be brought down to size for Art Prize. Think of a running track where there is plenty of foot traffic. This could help pay for public areas like this. This idea could also be carried out with piezoelectronics as well.

Each container has small holes in the bottom, where the thermal generators are, The water enters from the top, goes through the moss or grass into a clean root system. and down through the container and out the hole to the next container. The containers have Solar panels on the top half around the top of the grass/moss.
