Intern – Agency 21 Consulting – Miami, FL
Worked as assistant for Shake Shack’s Restaurant marketing account, their culinary schools involvements, summer camp’s end of the year events, and others. Coordinated Miami Dolphins projects such as, the Kellogg’s/Dolphins partnership by assisting with State registrations and tracking of all promotions of the games. Assisted with the logistics for the New York City Wine & Food Festival 2011 and Gilt City Hamptons Events. Handled all of the Agency’s administrative duties, such as assisting staff with the organization of client meetings, preparations of invoices, administrating contracts, expense reports, digital data, etc.

Freelance Event Production Designer – Ray Productions and Design – Miami, FL
Worked as a freelance event coordinator and designer for social and corporate events in South Florida. Supervised Art Asia tent event in Midtown Miami during Art Basel week, coordinating the culinary stands and creating the event’s design elements such as logos, menus and ads. Coordinated production and vendors relations in Soho Studio events such as MTV’s Latin America art show and Red Cross’ gallery walk. Designed hospitality suites for corporate meetings for TV companies during the NATPE (National Association of Television Programming Executives) events in South Florida.

Worked as Event manager assistant for “Fun and Fit” a family at Parrot Jungle Island. Responsible for coordinating and executing the daily important tasks for the student leads. In charge of the Talent transit coordination to the event, coordination with security to have them transported to their show and back to their pick up point after their show and book signing was finished.

Created and designed corporate graphic art for clients as well as the firm’s brand. Worked as a sales and marketing representative on a firm that designed, developed and created stands for trade shows, events, and merchandising display.
