NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences is an independent and international higher education institution, specialising in the disciplines of Games & Media, Hotel & Facility, Imagineering, Leisure, Tourism and Urban Development, Logistics & Mobility.

The Academy for Digital Entertainment of NHTV University for Applied Sciences in Breda (The Netherlands) offers bachelor programs in ‘Game Architecture & Design’ and ‘Media & Entertainment Management’. The Game Architecture & Design program has a 3D Programming, a 3D Art and an At & Technology for Next Generation Entertainment specialisation. The Media & Entertainment Management program has specialisations in Media & Entertainment Marketing and Media & Entertainment Production. A Master program in Media Innovation is being developed now.

Our programs score high in the national rankings because of the vocational approach and the quality and experience of the staff. The IGAD program was voted the most popular HBO degree in the Netherlands in 2011 (NSE Survey) and accredited with 2 ‘Excellence’ ratings for Quality of Staff and Research in 2011. Working at NHTV is like working in the entertainment industry, but without the pressure of production deadlines. The staff of the academy is recruited from all over the world (e.g. US, UK, Australia, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands) and all courses are taught in English.
