Career counseling:
For candidates, often times some sound advice and a healthy push help them change careers, become entrepreneurs and start their own businesses or just help introduce and clarify options. Candidates are offered coaching sessions from as little as one meeting to as many as it takes to achieve their goal. Resume critique and portfolio review are also part of the interviewing process.

Executive Recruitment:
Every candidate goes through an in-depth, personal interview. Initially, candidates are interviewed on a holistic basis for a complete understanding of what makes them unique. Upon further investigation and when appropriate, specific opportunities are discussed that fulfill the candidates desire taking into account job responsibilities, career path, office environment and any other needs specifically addressed during the meeting.
