Site Plan - Designed and cost estimated a personal design studio located in the back yard of an existing residential property. Adhered to the 2003 Michigan Building Code and cost estimating was done using the CSI's 16 Divisions. I made this studio one of a kind by designing a clerestory which allows a lot of daylight and also looks unique. When estimating products, I chose as many envirormentally friendly ones as possible, such as Low E window glazing, bamboo flooring, and Icynene insulation.
