At Mercury Marine I worked on many projects with the design department. I conducted research for products and then used the research for my designs. On a few occasions I took a product from start to finish of the design process. A lot of my time was spent on conceptual sketches for outboard engines, seating, and accessories. Also I developed products using Alias. I learned about various manufacturing methods and how to implement them into my designs. I worked with other designers to brainstorm for ideas. I worked with the graphic design department in developing new decals for outboard engines. I worked with a rapid prototyping company in the development of models.
