DINOSAUR HOUR - An all-ages graphic novel filled with short comedic, stories and educational tidbits about dinosaurs. The original Japanese cover focused on young male readers, but we sought to also reach girls. I had to think of ways to create a unisex design without excluding one group. The army brown and orange color palette, camouflage and sharp edged logo were replaced with elements from the artist's pages--screen tone, leaf fronds, characters, etc.
