Alive mineral - In the Shanghai metropolis the past is constantly being destroyed in order to make space for bigger buildings. But what remains from the past? Temples? Are there only stories to tell?
This installation illustrates the stones of construction nestled on a site of a demolished house. These stones are filled with history, stories and human exchanges which make them organic and alive.
