• Coordinated and managed all product development, design, production and marketing for this personal electronic accessory company. On average we ran upwards of 80 products per year.
• Maintained and managed development from initial concept through entire product life cycle. Making sure projects were on time, on budget and producing the right amount of contribution margin for the company.
• I was the communication hub between Sales, Marketing, and Design. I would coordinate all communications from initial specs, to sales sheets, and through to quality control with factories.

I pulled research from multiple disciplines, including, focus groups, trade shows and publications, and multiple trend boards for the newest and latest styles, colors, and features for US, Canadian, Asian and European Markets.

• Coordinated development with multiple Asian factories. Traveled to factories for sampling, production sign off and quality control aspects.
