Many thanks Glenn. Whilst this artwork is not work related, I still find this method the best way to convey design intent, only going to fully digital images once the details have been resolved.

great rendering the digital airbrush works very well on top of the dark areas.

Jaime I try to keep the amount of marker work to a minimum, just using it to block-in the darker parts of a rendering. I then scan this and build up the image in Photoshop - something I'm still learning as I'm WAY off being any good with it. If you want to see great digital artwork, check out Don Vierstra's site.

cool design (of course) aside... I love the technique, the way you rendered the snow is awesome! I love how the design pushes off the page as well, focussing the attention on the cab and away from the bucket.
