Motion Graphics Demo Reel - This is a montage of my 2d and 3d animation work over the past year. Music is by Plastic Bertrand.
Moe's Southwestern Grill - This is a cut down of a longer image piece that Moe's agency approached us to design and animate. I was lead animator and directed the expanded storyboard phase of the project. Design, music, and additional animation provided by Riot Atlanta.
Pirates of the Caribbean - This is a montage of backgrounds that I created for a Verizon micro-site that was co-branding with POTC. I created them based on style frames from Moxie using C4d. Sound design was by Chris Basta. Each background was designed to loop after five seconds. The site is here: http://pirates.vzwshop.com/

Bridgestone Golf - This spot was a facility wide project because of the deadline that was required. I served as animation supervisor and also did final compositing work. Golf ball animation by Scott Frizzle.
Mayfield Cookies And Cream - This spot required extensive rotoscope and paint work for me to remove the puppet rigs that made the ice cream "float". There were no clean plates shot and the camera was moving in a number of shots.
House Lift - I animated this open for Discovery's "House Lift". It utilizes 3d wireframe and toon shaded elements that I rendered in Maya and composited with Flame. The complete package included open, close, bumps, tune-ins, and transitions.
History Channel - Promo - I was the lead 3d animator and compositer on this co-branded promo for History Channel's show, "How The States Got Their Shapes". The design and additional animation was done by Lauren Fundora under the creative direction of Jeff Boortz. Editorial was done by Scott Salamon. Sound design was done by Riot Atlanta.
Target: Life - A story I filmed on the iPhone.
Georgia Power - Fireflies - I built and animated the lightning bugs in 3ds Max using noise controllers for position, rotation, and light emission. Using the parent null, I was able to populate and position them in each scene. Tracking and compositing was done in After Effects with Deron Hoffmeyer animating the endtag.
WHTI - Ski - The actors were wearing rigs that surrounded their heads on which I tracked ID card textures and added reflection and shadow passes. Rotoscoping was necessary whenever their hands overlapped the rig.
Marines Legacy - I animated this spot in flame for the National Museum of the Marine Corps to help raise donations for the building. The technique brought back old-school camera stand-like moves in a constant ebb and flow of keyed imagery and text.
Christiane Amanpour Promo - Prior to Christiane Amanpour's departure from CNN, I did the final conform and composite for this emotional promotion. I generated and composited the smoke and light elements in 3ds Max with editorial by C. Eden and design by Riot Atlanta. It was produced by Susan Knudsen of CNN On-Air Promotions.
Part of the composite required a bit of digital makeup on the correspondent.
Season of Disney - I animated this show open for Travel Channel's show, "Season of Disney". It is a mix of 3d animation and 2d card projections composited in After Effects with a matching camera.
accessAtlanta - This is a spot I designed and animated with a nod to Terry Gilliam's work for Monty Python. The AJC wanted to promote their web portal, "AccessAtlanta.com" in a graphically stylized way utilizing stock footage. Entirely done in After Effects, it features a VO line from freshman VO talent, Sullivan Holmes.
CentWire - Go Green - In this spot, I was responsible for lead animation with design by Riot Atlanta. It is a mix of 3d Studio objects and projected cards composited in After Effects. Titles and additional elements by D. Hoffmeyer.
HTC Wildfire - I created this animation in Cinema 4d and After Effects. The stock fire/smoke came from Action Essentials 2 and the flares from Optical Flares; both from Video Copilot. Sound design was done by Chris Basta.
