Die Cut Inner Tube - The aim of this project was to transform a material by using a die cut. Through explorations with pulled steel and rubber, I chose to transform a truck inner tube into something more. The inner tubes had become useless in their intended function, but by using the tubes inherent capacities with the adition of the die-cut pattern, the material is transformed to a utilitarian and beautiful bag-like storage device.
