Spinning Glass Pyramid
Inspired by the Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd album cover; this video was part of a corporate event oppener. The glass is rendered in Cinema 4D and the ribbons in After Effects. I used volumetric lights with caustics for the reflection and refraction in the prism. And of course a Video Copilot lens flare to top it off.
