Athletics Inc Footwear Designer I * Lead designer responsible for producing multiple lines of performance price point oriented footwear for men's and women's cross training and tennis categories. * Traveled to numerous domestic manufacturing facilities and participated in video conference meetings with international engineering team members. * Active involvement in key account off-site training, retail partner meetings, material/vendor fairs/tradeshows and events. * Conducted brain storming activities and market research with designers, marketing team members and target consumer groups. * Oversaw design co-op program for training team.

* Designed range of products and soft goods for basketball, running, tennis, cross training, lifestyle and outdoor shoes, sports equipment and accessories. * Established modern design language and promotional treatment to enhance global brand awareness facilitating a production agreement between Chinese sporting goods manufacturer Li-Ning and DRD. * Created graphic treatment for products used in 2008 Beijing Olympics. * Facilitated recruitment of DRD design team and collaborated with Asian engineering team.

* Assisted designers in creating concept ideation, product rendering, and model prototypes for men's on-field training, casual shoes and sandals. * Designed The DMX Quick-Step officially licensed NFL training shoe.

Provided design options and fabricated foam prototypes for men's helium running line. Collaborated with recording artist Master-P to assist in the creation of co-branded Soldier footwear line.

Delivered rapid concept ideation and model fabrication to clients including Alsons, 3M, Proctor-Gamble and Gillette.

Imagined and refined various concepts for Little People toy line. Produced technical illustrations and foam prototypes for Axiom safety guidelines.
