- Design new products to complete current production lines

* Responsible for ideation and concept creation based on client needs
* Understanding the timelines of projects, meeting and exceeding deadline expectations
* Following market trends whether from a consumer or retailer perspective
* Researching production feasibility - whether from time or materials standpoint
* Creation of concepts by sketching, prototyping, physical model making and computer modeling
* Develop 2D and 3D models for client and manufacturer approval
* Writing technical specifications and instructions for products and assembly
* Ensuring quality of products at each stage of the design process
* As client's needs changed, being able to adapt and expedite projects as needed

* Responsible for providing top notch customer service
* Reviewing services, while upselling additional products or services
* Scheduling services while making schedules as efficient as possible
* Inventory management - forecasting, ordering, and picking up products needed
* Cash handling
* Quality control of services
* Assisting detail team to increase efficiency

* Responsible for installation of digital signage and new technologies based on build plans
* Inventory management
