Retaining the £15m Post Office account, winning The Dorchester Collection hotel pitch, successfully pitching to retain the TDA Teacher recruitment business,evolving it from a mainly DM campaign to a complex and highly personalised EDM programme.
Main achievements: Built a department of 13 (starting with 3 creatives), introduced a creative services & briefing system, won Habitat, Thomson, Norwich Union and half a dozen other pitches as well as a clutch of awards including Campaign Silver for Habitat and IDM BPA Diamond for Thomson.
