Dear Frida - For this project 12 of us were given a T5 fluorescent and the proper cables and asked to make an aluminum lamp that could produce direct or indirect lighting.

I had been reading a lot about Dieter Rams and Naoto Fukasawa. It inspired me to keep the design as minimal and functional as possible.

The user can chose the direction of the light, making this lamp multi-purpose.
