Safe Hypodermic Device - Its a safe vaccination syringe for mass immunization I designed as a part of my second semester project at IIT Delhi. Its reusable.
It ensures safety by retracting the needle automatically.The needle comes out only after proper sterilization.
The needle assembly after retraction can be taken out and sterilized. Its unique 'lateral fluid transfer' method (as a result only the needle assembly has to be sterilized) allows one to continue the process with another needle assembly.
