My passion lies in people, and the connections they form with one another and with brands. I'm a communicator, visually and vocally. I'm an activator and a leader, with years of experience directing designers, interns and freelancers. I'm highly self-motivated, but thrive in a group, always seeking to find out others' passions allowing for better collaboration. I employ creative direction that pairs strategy and forward-thinking design, backed by research and inspired by psychology. To me, direction and design don't just solve problems, they're the visual cues that lead stories. Every choice made speaks volumes on a subconscious level. Knowing your brand and your audience are both clutch to crafting stories in a way people will understand and connect to on a deeper level. My experience and skills are sculpted from working with small, aggressive agencies as well as larger organizations to innovate with brands including Atari, Yum! Brands, Proctor & Gamble, Fruit of the Loom, Target, Sunny Delight and more. I've lead projects, managed designers and developing new processes for 9+ years.

Management and quality control of projects spanning their full lifecycle from discovery and ideation, through naming, branding, design, UX, SEO, front-end and back-end development, social and marketing. Responsible for the development of teams and processes, as well as scout for, and nurture the creative talent in-house.
Project types include but are not limited to e-commerce, mobile apps, and integrated marketing campaigns. All web related work was created with a strict responsive web design only policy.
