I graduated from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech with a bachelors in architecture in 2011. I am an Architectural Designer at Van Metre Homes. My media is AutoCAD, Photoshop, hand drawing, 3-D modeling, and photography.

Worked for Electrical Distribution Design engineering firm reading GIS maps of Fort Drum and drawing the utility systems in DEW analysis program. 2009 - Chicago Studio. Spent three weeks in Chicago for a study abroad program. Worked on studio projects while being mentored by Chip Von Weise Associates, SOM, and Perkins and Will. Presentations in the firms on a professional level. 2006 - Placed second in the National Association of Women in Construction’s national drafting and design competition. Won a $1,500 scholarship. 2009 - Received a $1,000 Chicago Studio Alumni Scholarship. 2008 - Finalist recognized in the College of Architecture and Design for hand drawing.
