Low Lay Hiang

Hello! My name is Lay Hiang and I’m a graphic designer whom graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) in Visual Communication. I’m well versed in branding, packaging and illustration design.



50% of my inspirations come from daily events happening around me. The other half comes from visual attractions when I read a design blog, flip a graphic book or take a walk down the street.



Doodling keeps my creativity juice flowing. So, I can't live without paper and pencil or any other possible writing medium. I often composite my works with simple design elements: geometric shapes, lines and colors.



Perfectionist in life, I'm meticulous about almost everything, especially getting things done in a neat and tidy manner.



I’m a fan of the big screen. Hardly missed out any blockbusters in the theatre. I’ve tried catching 2 movies in a row, impromptu, within a day. Whenever I travel, my husband and I will try to make some time to catch a movie in that country too!



I am a huge fan of social media content. I have learnt cooking and hairstyling from YouTube channels, Instagram about my daily life, and keep in touch of what's happening around me with Twitter.
