Once opportunities areas have been identified, with the help of a team will develop initial concepts for validation. Concepts will quickly develop into working prototypes and full market opportunity and business plans will be created. Working with great minds such as Gordon Segal, Keith Jaffe, Scott Herbst and Walter Herbst.

H Design offers market research, product audits, brainstorming, strong communication with the client, concept generation and tons of sketching digitally on Wacom Cintiq 12wx and 21ux. The designs go through different stages of sketching, research and finally ending with a final presentation with marketable solutions. As Student Liaison, I educate students on the importance of association and value of each IDSA Chicago event. I help students to the best of my abilities with portfolio, resume, design process, networking, interview questions that they might have. I travel to Universities and Colleges in the Midwest District to lecture on Entrepreneurship, Portfolio Reviews and promoting IDSA Chicago in general. I associate with design professionals to keep them in touch with students - my role fills the gap between professionals and students.

Worked as a design toy inventor for one of Chicago's best toy invention's firms. Worked on at least twelve (12) design toy projects from blue sky to model making to SolidWorks, etc. Lund's biggest clients Hasbro, Fisher-Price, and Mattel gave me a bigger perspective of toy design and innovation. Worked closely with the engineer's to create robotic toys and animated products.

Worked for the Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Series during my tenure at RC2 summer of 2008. I helped designed cargo and mock ups using foam core and modeling foam. Had the opportunity to use Rhino to make some design changes for Thomas & Friends stations and cargos. Helped make and build packaging mock ups for Super Why! Was briefly involved in the Lamaze team and designed some toy concepts for them.
