Full Business Model solution - SoFar SoNear is the first Italian company that combines Italian design with traditional handcraft production from abroad. However, it needed a Business solution to deliver efficient Product/Service according to the principles of respect and solidarity. This project contains a holistic approach to the company’s business model to satisfy all the stakeholders’ needs. It embraces the Delivery Communication, the Offerings, its Business Model and Alliances, and the Design Process Management.
