The Yule-Lads are the offspring of trolls and live in an undisclosed mountain in the highlands of Iceland. There are 13 of them and one by one they descend to town 13 nights before Christmas. They are a mischievous gang of deranged characters with a soft side. They give children little gifts in a shoe the kids have left in their bedroom window over night.
In this project I chose to forgo the traditional look and venture down the road of horror and craziness, or, as I chose to name one of the hashtags on Instagram: Heavy Metal Christmas.
