Birkenstock Australia Website
Upon the launch of the new Birkenstock Australia website, an increased online sales volume and traffic to the website brought upon greater attention to the user experience and making incremental improvement to the Front-End and Content Management System. Incremental updates included improving user accessibility, adding new products into the CMS and improving the purchasing mechanisms on the website.
As the project and change manager I was responsible for managing website updates, writing scope for new website functionalities, identifying and refining website requirements, communicating with project stakeholders.
