Schematic and branding update for the Boom Properties website and property portal.
Implementation and change of the user agent functionality.
Upgrading the look and feel of the Boom Properties website as well as increasing the extensibility of the logged-in agent functionality, including the ability of assigned master agents to allocate sub-agents in which the web properties and automatically generated property documents are branded with A master agent’s logo.
The updated website provided a more scalable business solution as a practical application in reducing practices that occurred off-site, by fitting a solution on a web based platform and further improving agent’s intuitively utilizing the login system for property reservations.
As a project leader, primary client contact and project manager I was responsible for collecting website requirements, writing scope and procurement documents, managing team members and communicating with project stakeholders.
