The Glenvill property website acts as an interactive property portal for agents in reserving properties, placing properties on hold as well as reserving properties on the behalf of their clients. The Administration has multiple sections based on House & Land packages / Development work; post-launch changes included adding a commission rate for individual agents. The system automatically generated reservation forms based on the database inputs, greatly improving processing and ease of use for agents working with Glenvill.
As a project Leader, primary client contact and project manager I was responsible for collecting website requirements, writing scope and procurement documents, managing team members, communicating with project stakeholders and change management.
