Paint It Black is a study in product design, branding and structure. I have always been interested in how elements, intentionally or unintentionally, become a permanent piece of recognition and a staple to a brand. In contrast some products are completely indistinguishable with branding removed. Through this process I will completely black out items reducing them to their basic form in an effort to discover more about the product.
