"Design is a link between the other fields. To my mind, it is essential to learn from other professions, to complement each other and to constantly question knowledge. Thus, on the long range, my ambition is to work with chefs on food creation, by questioning use, communication and technology notions. Confronting those two complementary occupations which have different points of views, competences and creating ways, that allows to lead to new food solutions for eaters."
