September 1999-Current Industrial Design Manager Footwear/Accessories August 2006-Current •Researched, design and development for import children’s (1yr-18yrs) footwear category. •Research and won direct boys and girls graphic canvas program while introducing print repeat development to footwear and accessories. Resulting 2.7 million unit program in all stores nation wide. •Expanded direct program beach totes and coordinating hats f rom one 12’ section to two set replenishing 12’ wall in addition to two new end caps of under glass tote and printed mesh totes. •Collaborate with Product development, sourcing, and suppliers for backpack development. Follow through by traveling to direct import factories to complete the development process. • Replaced a domestic supplied acr ylic watch program with import development.
