Bespoke

This collection was shortlisted as part of the Bespoke design competition by bespoke shoemaker Bill Bird. A project to design and make a bespoke shoe for a client to suit their individual style and needs. I chose designer, stylist and socialite Daphne Guinness who is known for her love of couture and flamboyant personal style. This gave me the opportunity to design a really unique, avant-garde shoe that stills reigns in an air of sophistication. My final hand produced prototype has a touch of eccentric with a Chinese influenced wooden platform, damask velvet flocked platform and upper, and encrusted Swarovski crystals.
