Jennifer Janviere specializes in graphic and web design, digital illustration and photography. While earning her M.F.A from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Jennifer began working as a freelance illustrator and designer. Today she is a multimedia specialist and instructor at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Jennifer also writes blogs dedicated to an examination of trends in graphic design and exploration of the world through photography.

Current volunteer photographer with Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service, a non-profit media outlet focused on telling the unfolding stories of Milwaukee’s central city neighborhoods.
Past work with Artists Working in Education (AWE), a Milwaukee–based organization that promotes art to children in urban areas. The group’s mission is to encourage positive recreational activities and self–esteem for kids by encouraging the process of artistic creation.
Past work with Allexperts.com, a website created to provide information about a wide variety of topics to the public. Work includes answering questions about Adobe Illustrator, and helping users to troubleshoot the program.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Currently working with university ITS and outside developer on redesign for college website to improve visual appearance, navigation/functionality and overall user experience. Saved college approximately $10,000 in project design costs by designing all wireframes and style sheets.
