Work History

• 8 years professional experience--designing protective equipment, sporting goods, hydration solutions, and phone cases. Other projects include golf bags and athletic shoes for global brands. • Taken lead on all elements of new product development from research, ideation, CAD, and 3D modeling, to prototyping, testing, and pre-production. • Launched dozens of innovative performance products and successfully brought them to market. • Well-versed in manufacturing methods including injection/compression/blow molding, soft goods solutions such as cut & sew, engineered knitting, HF welding, and combining hard and soft goods to create industry-leading products. • Experience with international travel and building relationships with factories and suppliers. Worked directly with many 3rd party resources as needed to accelerate and compliment engineering efforts. • Contributed to the creation of new IP in hydration, protective, and phone case categories. Leveraged existing and sub-licensed IP to enhance product lines and maintain competitive advantages. • Comfortable conducting consumer insight sessions, deep-dive explorations, and working directly with athletes and institutions to customize and brainstorm product ideas. My goal everyday is to make a product speak for itself. Specialties include sketching, ideation, rendering, 3D modeling, strong presentation skills, and brand ambassadorship.
