Hong Kong Global City of Culture Identity - The brief stipulated a two-part logo, a symbol that worked along with a type treatment, used to create a complete stationery system.

People of Hong Kong bring a continuing active and energetic spirit in their daily lifestyle, family and work. Hence the logo captures this essence of the ‘spirit of Hong Kong’.

The type brings together the combination of Hong Kongs continuing technological and architectural strengths with its cultural values.

Illuminate and control the level of luminance by a simple one-button push switch which will turn on either 3 or 10 high-brightness quality Luxeon LEDs.

The LED-based light is not only long-lasting and efficient; it is also ecological and does not emit heat, posing no fire hazard.
