As an Industrial Design Manager at Mars Chocolate, I direct and lead design on global brands that bring enjoyment and smiles to consumers everyday. I developed strategies that drive new consumption opportunities based on consumer behavior, novelties that drive brand distinctiveness at the holidays, and create new chocolate molds that enhance the sensorial experience of the chocolate. My responsibilities include setting design strategies, consumer research, managing product development, and lead key stakeholders through framing and innovation workshops. I have a passion for user focused design, and am always seeking ways to learn more about the motivations of consumers and develop products or services that enrich their lives.
