Join The Revolution Closeup - I wanted this ad to have a chic urban feel so I used a collage style background with layers of different graphic styles ranging from grimy new york grafitti to hot italian design to achieve a hot, urban feel while being chic and stylish. The background was also made up of things related to the Product Line, some were concepts that never made the cut and t-shirt designs. The unique layout and design combined with the loud use of colors bring the piece together as one advertisment.
Bagel•ers Schools Poster - This piece has alot of movement so you can almost hear the loud music and the children singing and laughing. The poster was designed to help promote Bagel•ers to the broward school district in South Florida. The client wanted the poster to be bright and fun yet not too young and childish. I used bright and bold primary colors to appeal to young kids. As for the design, the addition of the slammed "soul train" style bus with low profile tires and wheels help make it look cool. The kids were designed to look like an ethnic group of young teens, because everybody knows children always want to do what the big kids do. I was thrilled with this piece because of the use of bright colors and its fun cartoon style. A classic rhythm to a contemporary beat.
Bikini Tini™ - Dark, Dual Bronzing Lotion - This package design incorporated an eye-grabbing logotype, deep background patterns, reflective "chrome" ink, and "pearlescent" ink. Bikini Tini was designed to fit in a upscale Tanning Line with three other products.
Dockside Foods Logo - The goal was to create a logo that created a calm and relaxed, Key West layed back feel. The logo presents the look and feel of sunsets and flip flops. The wooden sign has a nautical feel that implies sandy beaches, while the wood gives the piece a classy expensive appeal. The ribbon softens the piece by pulling the accents of blue that are found thru out to help compliment the shades of red and yellow. The logo looks more like a painted sign than a logo wich was exactly the goal.
