N.C. Dept. of Transportation Graphic Artist 08/2005 - present
• Designer for the Office of Beautification supporting Adopt - A - Highway, Litter Prevention Campaigns,
Stormwater Program, the Wildflower Program, and Roadside Environmental Unit.
• Design, layout, and purchase marketing merchandise such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials. Coordinate the production of printed materials by in house and outside vendors.
• Projects include multimedia presentations, photography, interactive web graphics and layout of project specific reports, maps, and diagrams.
• Created Swat-A-Litterbug Campaign logo used in educational packages for N.C. school systems.
• Developed logo for NCDOT Sustainable Rest Areas as well as design of educational signage for facilitlies.
• Coordinate annual N.C. Wildflower Awards Program. Design and production of all presentation materials.
• Created NCDOT Wildflower Progams 25th Anniversary logo.
• Received Extra Effort Award - December 2006.
