Oversee the creative team to help develop the agency's creative product for our clients. I work closely with our Account Executives to make sure the client's needs are being met and exceeded and the creative goals are on track. Collaborate with director and writers to develop time lines and project objectives. Design work includes collateral, identity systems, print campaigns and interactive media. Also used project management skills to collaborate with vendors which included printers, outside agency and photographers. Developed new ways of doing business in department that saved the department and the company thousands of dollars.
Designer, CCSI : 2001-2004
Designed dynamic print campaigns, annual reports, publications, logos and marks for main client, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network and various organizations affiliated with BCBSM. Responsible for guiding all work from concept through final production.
Junior Art Director, Riegner & Associates : 2001-2001
Worked with senior art director and creative director on marketing collateral, brand identity and direct mail campaigns for Detroit Diesel, Motorcraft and Chrysler. Was also responsible for leading creative meetings with staff and running brand sessions with clients.

Responsible for creating ad designs for clients. Worked in collaboration with copywriters and creative director to develop new ideas and designs. Responsible for creating identity kits for various publications and was lead art director for biannual publication.
