Yeh IDeology is a recruitment firm specializing in design and strategy. The client is looking for a designer to join their team within their healthcare-based company.

The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual skills allied with strong hands-on skills and can communicate with their sketches, collaborating in order to create interesting new solutions for the healthcare industry. The designer would have a great mix of design sensibility combined with a mechanical inclination, a person who can relate to the engineers and work with them to design intriguing, highly functional products. Someone who can arrive at well thought out solutions from open-ended briefs.

Requirements
* BA/BS in Industrial Design or related field
* This position requires 3+ years of industrial design or design engineering experience.
* Impressive rendering and sketching skills.
* Communicate and translate ideas and requirements through illustration programs including Solidworks, Adobe Creative Suite, ProE, etc.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong model-making skills with good familiarity with hand and workshop tools.
