Industrial Product Designer (Consumer Electronics)

Job Description

NJ Consumer Electronics Company is seeking highly and innovative Industrial Designer who will create visually appealing and user-friendly consumer electronic products. This candidate should have direct consumer experience, be abreast of current trends and possess ability to translate this knowledge into his/her designs.

Ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• BA or BFA in Industrial Design
• 4 or more years Industrial Design experience, preferably in consumer electronics industry
• Extensive knowledge of industry standard applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Interest and knowledge of the current trends and contemporary styles of various consumer electronics
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to maintain creativity while working under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting milestones
• Ability to understand each project goals
• Work well in a team environment
