Job Functions:
Implementing the CI, setup and maintains the Website, create printmaterial (Folders, Brochures,
Posters, Gifts, POS,) work out and coordinate advertisement campaigns, coordinate Design and Marketing Departments.

As part of our team, you will be in charge of the visual appearance of our company, to the inside and outside. You will guide the design and marketing department, develop and implement the cooperate identity, run our website and design frequently happening events, such as lectures, Open Days, conferences, and Contests, both in print and online.

Since we have many masterstudios and two locations (Headquarters in Beijing, Masters Cluster in Shanghai) you bring great organization/project management skills and like to travel!

Requirements:
• A degree of a graphic design program
• Working knowledge/experience of Web design/Social Media/Print
• A collaborative and creative spirit
• Great positive attitude with an emphasis on self-motivation and quality of work
• A portfolio that shows breadth, attention to detail, beauty, and innovation
• Great communication skills from verbal to 2D/ perfect skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Mother tongue Chinese, English fluently in spoken and written.
