Job Description

We are looking for an Interactive Creative Director with strong communication skills and a passion to lead in a digital atmosphere. This is a full-time opportunity with an interactive agency in the Boca Raton area. As an Interactive Creative Director, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to create websites and interactive media. You will establish direction, lead design presentations, promote account growth, and drive overall creative process.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a management role and relevant project work in user experience and visual design
- Positive leadership attitude with a history in managing and mentoring teams
- Conceptual and strategic campaign experience with interactive media
- Understanding and interested in new digital technologies and are an avid follower of latest innovative trends and opportunities
