Corporate Graphic Designer

Acclaimed restaurant group, China Grill Management, is looking for an energetic, junior-level designer to bring a fresh visual perspective and strong personal initiative to our marketing team. With a solid roster of existing restaurants and many new exciting projects scheduled for the coming year, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented multi-tasker who is open to constructive feedback, thrives under pressure, has a good sense of humor and is looking to be part of a close-knit team. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Creative Director and works closely with our marketing coordinator, new media analyst, and restaurant management teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create and design supporting materials for all print and online marketing initiatives (e-blasts, posters, signage, advertisements, etc.)
• Design logo, menus and develop brand identity for new restaurants
• Maintain and further develop current brand identities and style guidelines
• Translate marketing strategy into all creative pieces
• Provide quick turnaround of concepts and final deliverables
• Update menus as needed
• Assist with copywriting and participate in brainstorming sessions

Requirements
• BFA in Graphic Design
• 1+ year work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (iContact a plus)
• Intermediate HTML experience
• Knowledge of online & print production
• Excellent written communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Interest in hospitality industry is a plus
