As a Senior Designer at LPK, you are the design horsepower behind most initiatives. You will likely be assigned to a brand or two, but also asked to participate on initiatives outside of your brand on a fairly regular basis.
For your assigned brands: we expect you to have a solid understanding of the brand’s meaning and be able to create design solutions that support the brand’s strategies—and challenge the expected.
When you work on brands new to you: we expect you to be the provocateur (no, it’s not French). Your job will be to provoke, innovate and help the team see past the brand guidelines.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll participate in all phases of a project—from concepting to execution oversight. We expect you to be proficient at design strategy, and on the learning curve for brand and innovation strategy. Initially, your client contact and project management will be limited. However, as you progress, you may own small projects and have more client face-time.

4+ years of experience
Complete mastery of the designer level
Deliver unexpected creative work that is thoughtful in strategy and execution
Be fast and efficient
Be able to work on multiple projects
Bring a range of ideas supported by solid rationale to the table
Fluency in English
