Online/Mobile Interaction Designer
Responsible for developing a quality member experience for Mountain America Credit Union on mobile applications and on the Web.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
•Documents product user experience with online and mobile applications
•Creates and maintains a library of wireframes and templates that serve as a reference and a platform for new requirements
•Distills themes from customer feedback (across a multitude of channels), site analytics, interactive trends and the competitive landscape
•Synthesizes themes into thoughtful recommendations for our platforms and detailed direction for working teams
•Performs in-depth analysis of online traffic for web and mobile channels
•Develops and distributes ongoing and ad hoc reporting that provides visual representations of trended results vs. forecast and historical data
•Implements best practices and leads A/B and multivariate testing plans for site design, functionality enhancements and the impact of promotions across channels
•Provides strategic input on website and mobile design changes and usability enhancements
•Maintains current knowledge of best practices, trends and innovation in web, mobile, and the consumer interactive world
•Performs other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

•Two to three years of similar or related experience
•Two to three years of relevant Interaction Design experience in the B2C interactive space
•Two to three years of experience in analytic-based role in an online media or ecommerce environment
Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
•Advanced level with Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, or another wireframe/prototyping tool.
•Prior experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, or CoreMetrics) and experience working with Technology teams to implement and/or update systems and related tagging.
•Experience with GUI design, mobile product development and website development.
•Experience with B2C interactive product.
•Experience with mobile products, financial services, and the agile approach to software development.
•Experience performing in-depth analysis of online traffic for Web and mobile channels.
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities
