Hydro Flask- Graphic Designer
As the world's premier company for insulated products, Hydro Flask began with a challenge: to create a reusable water bottle that truly performs in any environment. It had to keep hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold. Period.
We are hiring a Graphic Designer who will work with the Design team to lead the physical design of visual assets in a manner consistent with Hydro Flask brand and design standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you'll complete designs for Hydro Flask product - graphic design, color, packaging, retail fixture needs, and soft goods graphics & color. You will lead internal creative concepting and planning discussions related to graphic design and product development. You'll also co-develop color strategy with our design team and implement plans for commercialization. Additional responsibilities will include creation of the Hydro Flask color library, graphic assets, material samples, and all graphic design project files.
What's Required for Consideration:
*Must have a great eye for what's new, current and on trend, and strong sensitivity to color, aesthetics, and materiality.
*Extreme proficiency and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
*At least 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design.
*Strong knowledge of consumer products and outdoor industries.
*Assist with technical packs per product that specify color, finish, and surface details.
*Create production files and die-lines for approved concepts.
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables, while adhering to project requirements and meeting deadlines.
*Ability to work closely with Design Director for project management and resourcing needs.
*Proven ability to collaborate with PD team members, as well as cross functionally with Marketing.
*Excitement about Hydro Flask and Saving the World from Lukewarm!
