Bring your storytelling & creative interests to a company with an expertise in creating & designing the world’s best play experiences and use your artistic skills on franchises such as STAR WARS, MARVEL, TRANSFORMERS, G.I.JOE and more. As our Sr. Creative Manager on Action Brands, you will be tasked with establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for our design staff and orchestrate their work, with the responsibility to develop the necessary assets to achieve a consistent global vision for Hasbro’s best play experiences. Senior Creative Managers work with both internal resources and external partners on a wide variety of creative projects across Hasbro’s entire Action Brands portfolio, running a team of Creative Managers, Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designers and Associate Graphic Designers based on the needs of their Brands and concentration.

As Senior Creative Manager - Branding, you will innovate new methods to translate our message and immerse our audience in experiencing our brands through visual storytelling by defining key visual communication, and demonstrating how it fits into a coordinated global creative execution and strategy. Working together with essential brand partners, you will brainstorm explore, discover & define our new thinking and big brand messages, and direct that artistic solution through final implementation across the world.

• Responsible for the management of the brand creative team
• Ability to drive and improve the brand development process
• Manage the development of global brand assets, materials and guides to ensure consistent messaging.
• Responsible for schedule adherence
• Accountable for achieving key milestones/delivery dates
• Lead the development of the brand DNA
• Partner with the Marketing teams to develop brand briefs
• Manage the creation of new brand assets
• Set the creative direction of Logo and iconography development
• Conceptualize innovative brand expressions
• Manage the creation of franchise style guides
• Expert understanding of Hasbro’s brand portfolio
• Ensure alignment with cross functional teams
• Explore and present trend research

• Ability to manage, train, and inspire creative team and vendor partners
• Works with creative director to forecast future budget and project load
• Ability to negotiate with vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to direct projects from concept to completion
• Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel
• High level of creativity, passion and integrity
• Strong presentation skills
• Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• An able to thrive in a changing environment
• Contributes to creative strategy with cross function team on a business level
• Assist the creative director in prioritization of department workload
• 10-15+ years experience in related industry
