What you will do:
Manage the product design process end-to-end, from concept creation to finished products in categories such as fishing tackle/lures, fishing accessories, and packaging
Work with engineers and product managers to ensure optimal product function
Work with merchandising and product development teams to gain consumer insights
Work with factories to review prototypes and finished products for products and packaging

What experience you need:
8+ years of product design experience
5+ years experience with Solidworks and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with sourcing, rapid prototyping, product testing
Experience with design for manufacturing
Experience with designing soft goods
Experience with injection molding is a plus
