Senior Brand Environments Designer

Team Epiphany is seeking a highly creative and talented Senior Brand Environments Designer to assist in the design and development of our experiential projects. Our ideal candidate must be able to design brand environments through their 3D modeling and graphic design skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and apply visual direction to environments and graphics
• Lead team experiential designers and interns
• Lead design aspect of project in interdisciplinary team of Account Managers, Event Producers, Strategists, and Designers
• Survey venues and design space to its full potential
• Build 3D models and draw floor plans to scale
• Create compelling renderings of physical environments to sell in ideas to clients
• Lay out presentation decks to explain design intent
• Prepare construction directions for the fabricators including specs of dimensions and materials
• Prepare print files for large-format and small-format graphics

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience leading environmental projects
• MUST KNOW SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional design sense with the ability to integrate messaging, color, imagery, and typography into 2D and 3D built environments
• Great storyteller with both expressive and logistical communication skills
• Strong experience in spatial problem solving
• Proficiency drawing in scale and familiarity with architectural construction documents, elevations, plans, shop drawings, etc
• Experience communicating with vendors to produce graphic and build items
• Ability to multitask while remaining efficient, poised, and organized
• Flexibility to work both collaboratively and independently on projects of all scales and types
• Experience with site surveys and a bit of coordination experience with lighting and AV vendors preferred
